Since 2006, Spark the Wave, a national non-profit that seeks to build student leaders has sent Youth Action members to their annual summer Wave Week which seeks to ignite teen volunteers. STW has annually provided full and partial scholarships for high school members of YA to attend their summer program.

Youth Action Ann C. Phillips Scholarship Call for Applications (Deadline Extended)
Philadelphia Youth Action, Inc. (YA), a student-led non-profit service organization, in partnership with The Stafford Foundation will select five Greater Philadelphia based 2014 high school graduates who are college freshmen to receive a $1,000 college scholarship from the Ann Carol Phillips Scholarship Fund. Youth Action members and supporters established the
