Youth Action wants to show off our most bright & inspiring young leaders with a new Wednesday Special: Student Spotlight of the Week đź‘Ź
For our first Spotlight, we have Nasir Abdulshaheed! Nasir is a high school student who participates in our Inspiring Leaders Program. We are proud to have him as a member in our program, so let’s get to know him!
Nasir told us that he decided to join Youth Action because he wanted to improve his confidence and gain better public speaking skills.
Something Nasir likes about the program is that he gets to meet so many different people and develop new friendships with them.He feels that since he has joined Youth Action, he has grown a lot in his public speaking and feels more comfortable talking to new people.
Fun Fact About Nasir: He studies graphic design and loves spending time with his niece and mom!
