Youth Action Announces New Board of Directors

Youth Action has selected it’s 2013-2015 Board of Directors. The team is excited to elect new board members who believe in and are excited about the mission of Youth Action. Newly elected Board members include individuals with backgrounds in education, public health, non-profit management, marketing, religion, and fundraising. The level of experience that each Board members comes to Youth Action with will certainly help the team further improve its structure, efficiency and impact. The current Board will hold a two year term limit with a consideration for a renewal after two years. Their first meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 20th, 2013.
Board Chairman Anthony Phillips says “the newly elected Board members are a breath of fresh air for our organization. Our team has grown tremendously over the past 10 years and the future success of our organization depends on highly skilled, energetic, dedicated, and passionate individuals like them who can move our team to another level of service.”
