Youth Action is gearing up for its 7th Annual Toy Drive Celebration entitled, “Holiday Lights” which will be held on Friday, December 7th, 2012 from 6-8pm at the University of Sciences Athletic Recreation Center located on 4240 Woodland Avenue, Pennsylvania 19104. On Saturday, November 17th, at 11:30am Black Wharton will be reviewing and helping students write their college essays at The Du Bois College House on the University of Pennsylvania’s campus
