An Evening with Youth Action

10th Anniversary Celebration & Networking Reception

The event is called “An Evening with Youth Action” with a celebration and networking reception. Youth Action is a rare student-led non-profit organization that is designed and managed by African-American high school and college students.

In 2003, Youth Action was launched with a simple vision of inspiring fellow students to empower our communities through civic engagement programs and service. Ten years later, that mission still exists and more than 150 members of Youth Action and 5,000 students have been impacted by our service programming. To celebrate our tenth anniversary, Youth Action will hold a festive event and reception on Friday, May 3, 2013 at The Friends Center in Philadelphia, PA.
